Rules:
# Your membership is valid for 12 months;
# You agree that you will only buy for yourself;
# You agree that you will follow the ordering procedure;
# You understand that if you walk in one of our shops you will not get the preferential prices but you can collect orders you arranged thus saving the postage;
# You understand that if you abuse the system then you could be banned from saving money through the membership scheme. If you do breach our agreements we will refund your membership less the savings you made compared to buying the same items online;
# You have the right to get a full refund of your membership within seven days of joining if you change your mind and have not used our services. If you have made a purchase and saved money you can still change your mind but we will refund the amount of you saved from your membership fee.
# Product you return we will credit your account for any products you return to us which have not been used. The only exception is when we deliver your customised orders these need to be paid in advance and cannot be returned unless faulty or not fit for purpose;

Register then process your clubs. If you are happy with the prices they give you and wish to proceed you will get a contract note. Send Second hand your clubs and email us the paperwork and we will claim the money from them and reduce the amount you owe us by that value once it is approved.
